Canada Day in Parry Sound

Hi F and F,
A day of celebration here on 1 st July the town dock was a hive of activity.
There are family events including an
Ariel show and free concerts. We also went off to see the Bobby Orr Sockey Center.
Bobby Orr is a famous Canadian ice hockey player and came from Parry Sound area.
Erica went to listen to A Downstairs  Band in the mid afternoonthere"They played good music, bit of Doobie Brothers and similar music. Erica also went for a long walk on the Rotary Trail past the Parry Sound Coast Guard Graeme was resting after spending a few hours dealing with a water leak in the engine room probably stemming from the water heater.
Had dinner onboard watchd a small boat parade drive by all lit up with colored lights.
The the fire work show stared at 10.15pm. Latest we have ever seen it start but it was worth it.
A very good show. We had a great view  along with half the town who were out  here too. The crowds left and the it was quiet and calm again.
Off to bed.
Over and out
E and G.
